Hello Perri and Jo, I have been out to see M-H Bxxx – xxx, Kimbolton this week. John Morris had already been out to visit her as the police officer attending had completed the referral. M-H was keen to pass on how impressed she was with the service and with John in particular in the way he dealt with her his kind manner and approach made a huge difference to her, as she has been felling quite vulnerable since the rogue trading incident she experienced.

Gxxx and I would like to thank you and your colleagues for the prompt response to my 999 telephone call. The massive effort put in that day, and by the team in the following days which led to the early arrest of an individual (albeit for another burglary) and a restraining order on a second individual, was very reassuring to us.  We were pleased that the diligent work that followed the arrest resulted in the team being able to charge an individual who also admitted to committing the burglary at our home.

Thank you also for keeping us updated during the progress of the investigation.

The referral to the “Bobby Scheme” was very welcome and the valuable advice we were given was much appreciated as they have now installed cameras around our property.  As a result I have been able to send a short clip from the ring doorbell to the Police after a bad RTA outside our property last Saturday evening which showed one of a vehicle’s occupants who subsequently “legged it”!!

We feel we must write and thank the Bobby Scheme and Colin McKeever for all the kindness and attention shown to us after our recent break in. Colin was very informative, helpful and kind and fitted our windows and doors so we feel much safer after his visit.

Recently we had a visit from John after we’d had an attempted break-in at our home in Meldreth.

We just wanted to say how incredibly helpful and reassuring he was – fitting vibration alarms to downstairs windows, a padlock to our (rather insecure) side gate and providing a wealth of useful advice. He also tested out a Ring doorbell to see if we had sufficiently strong wifi to install one and possibly a couple of CCTV cameras, too – evidently we do and so have recently ordered them. We would have ordered them through you but Ring were having a sale with major discounts and there were certain items we wanted which John said you would be unable to supply.

We were very impressed with the promptness and quality of the service you offer and have already recommended you to friends in the village.

Please pass on our grateful thanks to John – we hope that, in the best possible sense, we do not have to call on his services again but they were provided at a difficult time for us and were much appreciated.

Thank you so much for coming round last Monday 11th November to talk to me about the break in over that previous weekend. Thank you for the amount of care and attention you gave to this case, especially as I know you had stacks of other things to do, having just returned from your holiday. I’m also so grateful to you for notifying the Bobby Scheme. Jon came round on Wednesday morning and spent ages here talking  to me about how to make my property more secure, and he also fitted vibration devices to all my downstairs windows, gave me light timers, and a motion detector alarm which I have by my broken back door. By the time he left I felt so much more settled. I’m on the point of buying a whole lot of Ring security devices, which Jon has suggested. He showed me all the ideal positions to secure them. So once again I’m really grateful to you for thinking about that.
