This is a free booklet that you can download or print from the Age UK website. Inside you can fill in sections with important and useful information about your life, from who insures your car to where you put the TV licence.
Not only can the LifeBook help you keep day-to-day information organised, it’s a great resource for family members in case of an emergency.
There are step by step instructions included, and you don’t have to fill it in all at once.
