I spoke to Mrs XXX  last week after your visit and she was expressing her thanks for the service you provide. She found the visit very informative and couldn’t praise you highly enough so thank you very much. The service you provide is invaluable and it really helps to provide ongoing support/advice to our victims, especially now we have lost the provision of crime prevention officers etc.
